And also, let's say if I enable wireless on my laptop and then buy wireless speaker connect to a wire, will it automatically default to the (faster) wired connection speed, or will I need to turn off wireless to force it to default to the LAN?

I was wondering what mistakes people might have made regarding lyrics. The first time I heard screenwriters blues I thought he said:

- The Damage Girl. Lived in Boston at the time, introduced me to Morphine (the band).

- Uh...Christy or Carrie or some female name that started with a "C" I'm pretty sure. Stated that she looked A LOT like Shirley Manson from Garbage.

- bb (a.k.a. billiardball). Not a friend so much as an antagonist on the board. While his/her methods were my first "troll" encounters, in hindsight bb had some correct insights into our elitist ways on the Soul Coughing board.

Any help is appreciated...

Hi everyone. It's been a while.

Way back I posted something on the old boards: There was a documentary on German TV* about New York City that made use of a Soul Coughing song. I was pretty sure that it's name was "Leaving New York", until I re-googled it today and had to realize there were no hits.

Two assumptions: 1) I forgot the correct name of the documentary. 2) The internets forgot about the film, which wasn't that well-known anyway.

If there were an archive of the old scug boards, I could look up the correct title. Is there? DJ Fac, do you remmber?

I've had no luck getting the Skittish Sessions in it's entirety via internet. I find a few songs here and there, but not all 18 songs. Can anyone help me out?

also, I was reading through some forum (trying to find the skittish sessions), and came across someone who said they had a "bootleg" version of Haughty Melodic, which included songs off the album in very rough "un-produced" forms. Anyone know if this guy was bluffing?

there's a show from january on http://www.dimeadozen.org it's from fm and sounds great!! mike solo and speaking german to a great respectful crowd in germany. good mix of songs, maybe no golden delicious tunes but, could be a release. i'll be seeding for a long time. get it!!

I stumbled on a YouTube clip of SC performing Circles on The Late Show and felt like it was 1998 all over again. I can't believe how long ago that was. I saw SC play two shows at the Fillmore (in SF), one in 11/96 and the other in 8/97 and loved them both (though I'd give the edge to the '96 show.) Did anyone here happen to catch one of those shows? And does anyone know if they were recorded and if they're available somewhere?
