   The girl on the cover is 7 year-old Kenndal Lynn Andrew. This is all that I can offer up. Doughty would obviously know more and he has been making the rounds on here the past few days

   My name is actually spelled wrong, it should be Kendall Lynn Andrew and you can find me on facebook by that name and i'll answer any questions I can. I don't know much about the art other than the devil was there because of the song blue eyed devil, that's part of the reason I was chosen to be on it was for my eye color. But I'm all grown up now and I only model occasionally but I'm still in the business. And I'll answer any questions I can.
